AdvertSERVE
AdvertSERVE provides a fully hosted ad serving process for the Web, targeted to clients that prefer an off-site solution. Ad types available are banner, dynamic, text and window ads. These are hosted on the AdvertSERVE side. Publishing clients use a web-based interface to maintain the account and manage the campaigns, so there is no software to install, and no maintenance required.
AdvertSERVE provides a rich array of campaign targeting features: geographic and demographic targeting, frequency capping, CPM/CPC/CPA pricing models, priority campaign weighting, real-time reporting, third-party click tracking, campaign e-mail alerts and more. It is easily co-branded. AdvertSERVE also provides modules, such as contextual targeting for ads, for an extra fee.
For low- to medium-traffic sites (up to 20-25 million monthly impressions), “virtual plans” provide on-demand capacity and pricing. There are three virtual plans: Basic, Extended and Premium, which cost $89, $109 and $139 per month (plus set-up fee), and provide CPM rates of $0.04, $0.05 and $0.06, respectively. For medium- to high-traffic sites (above 20-25 million monthly impressions), AdvertSERVE provides dedicated plans that provide a set amount of bandwidth. There are three dedicated plans: Standard, Advanced and Elite, which cost $969, $1,499 and $2469 per month (plus set-up fee), and provide 1,000 Gb, 2,000 Gb and 3,000 Gb of bandwidth per month, respectively. This flat monthly pricing can work out to CPM rates of $0.01 or lower. Media clients include The New York Observer, West Virginia Media and Gulf News.
